Nokia is also the only end-to-end mobile network vendor working with the major operators around the world.**Job Description**:As a Value Analysis & DFx Engineer is responsible for Ensure that the DfM requirements and program specific targets are taken into account in the new product development. Support and participate products Technical Studies and new TD/AD Programs. Define DfM targets and communicate them to Designers and provide related trainings. Influence product design with personal involvement through DfX requirements, findings and Design Review process. Drives best practices and lessons learned implementation in product design. DfM Lessons-to-Learn collection and utilization to new projects. Improve and maintain DfM expert and Requirements Engineering network. Design and implement DfM process to production line and ensure production capability with final production equipment. Design and implement Final Assembly & Packaging process in accordance with Manufacturing requirements and Continuous Improvement concept's. Create product specific BA/FA Production Process Description and production related documentation (FS, DCC etc.). Verify product manufacturability from DfM point of view and propose corrective actions. Ensure DfM target realization by analyzing volume production performance and capacity. Provide support to production ramp-up phase.
