**About the role**:Is responsible to play a key role in ensuring that the administration underpinning all Global Mobility processes is completed in an accurate and timely manner and will manage all Level 1 inquiries through to resolution.

**What would you do?
**:- Maintaining employees' information on MySuccess and associated HR systems ensuring it is up to date, accurate and complies with GDPR, legal compliance and Kerry standards.- Responsible for answering Rewards related Tier 1 tickets via ServiceNow.
Triaging as needed.- Initiate relocations in Assignment Pro - Global Mobility system based on information received from Line Manager.- Responsible for monitoring relocation case to completion while dealing with all related parties (Assignee, Line Manager, HR, Tier 2 agents, vendors etc.)
during the assignment initiation process and relocation.- Monitor and audit employee information ensuring all data in HR systems is accurate.- Act as an employee resource for Global Mobility related questions.
Escalate issues as needed, provide assistance to managers, human resources colleagues and employees until resolution is attained.- Coordinate with Tier 2 Global Mobility specialists relating to specific queries, investigations, etc.- Reconcile and process Global Mobility vendor billing and PO submissions ensuring invoices align with internal reports.
Investigate billing differences and escalate to Tier 2 as applicable.- Analysis, approval and processing of all Global Mobility vendor purchase orders ensuring availability of adequate supporting information.- Process monthly intercompany recharges related to Global Mobility.- Support all annual processes, including pay planning, MIP process, etc.
as applicable for Long Term Assignees.- Creation of adhoc reports and analysis as needed to respond to requests for information- Participate on project teams to implement new GM benefits/programs, support acquisitions/divestitures, support system changes and other initiatives as necessary.- Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiencies, and implement the creation, updates and regularly reviews procedure documents and process flows
