YOUR ROLE Develop and implement model-based design solutions for automotive systems, focusing on control and simulation models.Utilize tools such as MATLAB/Simulink for the creation and validation of dynamic models and control algorithms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering to ensure seamless integration of control models.Perform model-based testing and validation to ensure robust and reliable system performance.Contribute to the development of control strategies and system requirements.Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.Document and present model designs, test results, and validation reports.Support the transition from model-based designs to production-ready software.Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in model-based design, preferably in the automotive industry.Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and other model-based design tools.Strong understanding of automotive control systems and vehicle dynamics.Experience with model-based development and testing processes.Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ABOUT CAPGEMINI Capgemini is a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
