QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Ability to translate business requirements into features and user stories
- Familiarity with electrical architectures, electrical systems
- Technical understanding of prototype engineering and embedded system architectures
- Concepts: CAN bus, APIs, Programming Logic
- Preferred experience with SysML, UML, and other modeling languages.
- Preferred experience with modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, MATLAB, or SIMULINK.
- BS in Automotive/Mechanical/Industrial/Electric/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- Knowledge of vehicle components functions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Be able to work flexibly across multiple disciplines.
- Be able to simultaneously work on multiple projects while independently managing their time.
- Be able to develop new expertise as needed. Possess the character and interpersonal skills required to serve as a trusted advisor.
ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are responsible for the creation of System Engineering models for distributed features and platform systems and their corresponding specifications.
- We support the Vehicle Logical Architecture design, integration and requirements generation and traceability.
- We lead global trainings in SysML / Magic Draw (industrialized courses)
- We provide support and mentoring related to the tool (MagicDraw) and the language (SysML) to different regions.
- We participate in strategic Systems Engineering projects (e.g. Framework for Cross-Feature interaction, Plugins development, MBSE guidelines, etc)
- We provide early V&V and other analysis (FMA, FuSA) in a model-based approach
