The Product Management team ensures that essential systems and data are available to enable FC to conduct effective and efficient investigations and analytics. The team is proactive and future-looking, shaping financial crime technology and promoting its adoption across Compliance.**Requirements**:**Principal Accountabilities**:**Impact on the Business**:**To work within a team of Compliance Model Management on the Product, Data and Model Management area specialists across global functions, regions, and countries**:**To escalate significant financial crime threats and management issues related to model management to senior leadership so appropriate action can be undertaken in response.**:**Prime interface with Compliance on all associated regional Technology matters.**:**To oversee production and issue Management Information to senior leadership.**:**Provide deep technical expertise to support teams of product owners, business/data analysts and deployment specialists.**:**Proactively identify key emerging financial crime threats across all Compliance categories and interface with other regional functional areas.**:**Support the transition to a more intelligence-led risk management posture within Compliance and facilitate the efficient, rapid and compliant investigation of identified risks.**:**Support all Compliance in developing the requisite capabilities and realizing their strategic vision.**:**Ensure all Compliance models impacting our critical processes are aligned with the Model Management policies within the bank.**:**Customers / Stakeholders**:**Strengthen, manage and owns external relationships with key compliance stakeholders and Compliance Analytics as main developers of Compliance models**:**Leadership & Teamwork**:**Clearly communicates compliance strategy to meet the best in class requirements and needs.**:**Establish an inquisitive and experimental culture where failure is anticipated and lessons learnt are rapidly applied to ensure continuous improvement.**:**Ability to manage stakeholders from different layers and areas in the organization, communication is key.**:**Operational Effectiveness & Control**:**Demonstrates ability to clearly identify business and regulatory implications of analysis and findings and propose strategic solutions.**:**Provides robust and timely record keeping, evidencing monitoring activities undertaken and action taken.**:**Monitors and mitigates top and emerging financial crime threats and tactical interventions that will significantly improve, change or adapt functional delivery
