**ABOUT THE JOB**Nielsen Marketing Effectiveness uses cutting edge technology and industry-leading data science to tackle some of the hardest problems in marketing science. We empower advertisers, publishers and agencies with the intelligence they need to drive revenue, increase market share, and optimize their audiences and investments. Our goal is to provide reaction measurements at unprecedented speed and scale.**Responsabilities**:- Analyze the model's results and its statistical validity, develop insights and recommendations to be presented to senior modeler and commercial areas.- Contribute on the quality on modeling in order to meet project specifications- Collaborate with other Nielsen teams to provide holistic support to clients**A day in the life of a Modeling Analyst**:- Work as a part of an international project team. Therefore, several conference calls are expected to occurred (English as daily working language)- Execute and review statistical models already built in SAS, R or Python. Sometimes, customization is required.- Carry out quality controls of the model's statistical fits, minimize errors and obtain high-quality results.- Present and defend the results of your work to internal teams, offering actionable insights and recommendations.**A little about you**:- Eager to Learn: At Nielsen, we believe in continuous learning. We look for people who are able to maintain a healthy working relationship with their peers, drive positivity and keep our culture open & fun**Requirements**:- Advanced students or recent graduates of: Bachelor of Economics, Actuary, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management/Administration, or Marketing & Advertising (with a quantitative emphasis)- Understanding of statistics, especially in the area of linear regression- Advanced level of English - oral and written.- Intermediate management of Excel
