Job Description The Mold Coordinator will oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of molds, injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and industrial facilities.
This role requires ensuring compliance with maintenance programs and safety standards while supervising a team of technicians and coordinating with multiple departments to guarantee the plant's uninterrupted operations.

Follow up on unplanned downtimes to minimize recurrence.

Ensure high-quality standards in outsourced services.

Requirements Education : High school diploma or technical degree in electromechanics, mechanics, or a related field (required).
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (preferred).
Technical Skills : Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems (e.g., SAP).
Familiarity with refrigeration systems and compressed air generation.
Certifications : ISO 14000, 22000, and OHSAS 18001 certifications are preferred.
Languages : Intermediate English, with an emphasis on technical terminology.
Work Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mold maintenance or a similar role within the manufacturing or injection molding industry.
Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Proven ability to manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Experience working in facilities with injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and industrial buildings.
Required Skills Strong technical knowledge of mold maintenance, including preventive and corrective procedures.
Familiarity with injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and industrial facilities.
Proficiency in software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SAP.
Hands-on experience with refrigeration equipment, SCADA systems, and instruments for mechanical and electrical measurements.
Understanding of GMP, Food Safety Standards (ISO 22000), and Environmental Safety Standards (ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001).
Intermediate English proficiency, especially technical vocabulary.
