**What your background should look like**:- **Associate's or technical degree in tool making or related field is preferred.**:- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in moldmaking or mold maintenance.**:- **Must be able to inspect products and select the correct shop equipment, precision measurement devices and other tools needed for a job.**:- **Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.**:- **Ability to operate milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, sinker and wire EDM machines and related shop equipment.**:- **Ability to operate precision measurement devices.**:- **Must be able to build tooling from scratch**:- **Able to work independently.**:- **Excellent math skills including a working knowledge of trigonometry, proficiency on compound angles.**:- **Proficiency in CAD software preferred (solidworks, Creo, Autocad, etc).****Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation**At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.
