Expertise in materials, tools, machines, and approachr different molding technologies including thermoset compression, thermoset/thermoplastic injection and transfer molding Understands materials, machines, and approachr polymer additive manufacturing processes including polymer powder bsion, vat photopolymerization, material usion, material jetting, and binder jettinnancial acumen and Importante empresa with business case development. Working knowledge of business management systems (MRP, order management). Working knowledge of sustainability issues associated with molding operations. Has led major improvement initiatives without direct reporting authority.4.
