Molding Manufacturing Superintendent

Summary of the position:- Lead manufacturing team to work aligned to company strategy and continuous improvement mindset.- Lead and support industrialization requirements for new launches and plant rearrangements.- Promote Best Business Practices Implementation.- Professionalism related to relationships with co-workers; encouraging an environment of fairness and communication.
