**Your Job**
The Molding Process Engineer will be responsible for the optimization of the production processes, production efficiency improvement and process documentation. He\she will join the process engineer team and will collaborate with SRG global molding team, to Recruit, training and coaching shop team members, evaluate & do recommendations to purchase equipment, aligned to the company's principles
**Our Team**
You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Tool room, production operators, technicians, group leaders, Production control, manufacturing & BP Human Resources.
**What You Will Do
- Being a technical reference for the definition and management of injection molding processes
- Defining technical specifications for new tools and new injection machines according to corporate best practices
- Maintaining periodically connections with global molding team for continuously updating and knowledge sharing
- Debugging and optimization of the new molding process, tools, materials qualification and technology including the necessary documentation requested in from the automotive market (such as test report, process datasheet, work instruction, special procedure, etc.)
- Supporting production area on a daily basis, which means having showing the ability to quickly react to production problems, giving the right direction proposing solutions to lead people to solve issues and optimize the process
- Resolution and management of issues causing line down or reduction of production
- Support molding department to reach KPI targets on efficiency, safety, quality, making process analysis and process optimization
- Acquiring knowledge of the new processes and improvement of existing ones
- Driving and to updating the PFMEA, according to the requirements of the automotive industry
- Implementation training for operators and updating the process documentation (process sheets, checklists, maintenance plans, specific procedures) according to Automotive standard
- Collaborating with toolroom specialist to improve mould's reliability
- Staying up to date about resins polymer, machinery, innovative solutions for plastic injection moulding, etc.
- Defining timing and budget for moulding projects according with manufacturing industrial engineer
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Previous experience managing people as supervisor,
- Previous proven experience in molding operation (400 to 2200 Ton Machines, Resin driers & feeders, RJG systems, Robotics)
- Problem solving capacity.
- Ability to detect appropriate corrective actions further process data analysis.
- English intermediate, nice to have fluent speaking
- Good digital and information Systems knowledge.
- Good communication, negotiation and team working skills.
