**Your Job**
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven professional to take on the role of Molding Process Engineer. This position requires a versatile professional who can develop robust injection molding processes using scientific molding techniques. You will be responsible for launch of new products or engineering changes, while also contributing to the strategic development and enhancement of the organization's processes. All along actively seeking opportunities to support and enhance the activities of other key teams within the organization. Your hands-on approach and documentation talent will be pivotal in ensuring successful project delivery and innovation.

**What You Will Do:
- Reading and interpreting product and customer drawing.
- Problems Solving focused on the 8D's methodology.
- Launch of new products and/or Engineering changes.
- Development of work instructions and sharing with machine engineers the lessons learned from new product launches.
- Management injection molding process documentation (PFMEA, Workbook's, Process Sheets, & Startup Instructions).
- Provide support to the production department to keep the KPI's within goal.
- Diagnosis and provide solutions in tools and/or injection machine problems.
- Carry out picker and servo-robot programs according to the product to be produced.
- Tool assignment in injection machines according to technical capabilities.
- Process development in insert molding machines with integration of auxiliary equipment.
- Communication between interplant process engineers.
- Communication between Suppliers and customers

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Associate Degree in Technical Field
- 3+ years of experience in Injection molding.
- 5+ years in automotive division.
- 3+ years in Insert Molding Machine.
- Experience in pressure transducers by RJG and scientific molding methodology process develop.
- Experience en IATF audit.
- Experience in Nylon and PBT resins.
**What Will Put You Ahead:
- Master Molder I (Scientific molding methodology certification)
- Master Molder II (Scientific molding methodology certification)
