If you're up for challenging your status, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.**Are You Looking to**- Playing an active role in problem solving, process improvement and adjustments.- Implementing all activities to maximize equipment efficiency in order to meet the manufacturing plan/production schedule and budgeted equipment expectations.- Operational responsibilities which include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product, performing quality checks and pallet release duties.- Works under moderate supervision and continuous communication with immediate supervisor as necessary.**Are You Ready to**- Sets up and removes molds from molding machines.- Starts and stops production runs.- Fine tune and adjust processes to optimize cycle times.- Handles and dries all materials as needed.- Over sees production floor and directs operators.- Handles all auxiliary equipment associated with molding.- Keep control of spare parts for molding and molds availability, follow SMED methodology.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:**What You'll Need**- Employee must have two years' experience as molding technician.- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing experience.- Physical demands: may engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling parts and part containers, may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.**What You'll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**About Us**For over 70 years Bel has designed and manufactures solutions that power, protect, and connect products for a broad ray of global markets including, industrial, aerospace, medical and consumer.**Cinch Connectivity Solutions**Cinch has been an innovator for over 100 years.
