In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Quality Manager, you as Quality Engineer will be responsible for provide quality assurance support to ensure products are designed, procured and manufactured according to customer and organizational quality requirements. Provides leadership for new systems development, implementation, procedures and any related quality activity. Supplements customer quality engineer role by investigating and responding to customer complaints. Applies problem-solving methodology to identify and implement long-term solutions to a variety of problems.About the job:- Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations for product development or enhancement.- Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.- Prepares reports and technical specifications.- Responsible for planning, implementing and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality and regulatory standards requirements- Identifies and analyzes quality problems and proposes corrective actions.- Intervenes with customers regarding complaints and services.- Starts and monitors quality procedures according to international standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949) and company policy.- Coordination and administration of the work of quality auditors.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Bachelor or university degree in Engineering- Proficient English- Experience of 3 to 5 years as a quality engineer, project process engineer.- Knowledge of engineering practices- Main tools.- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred- Advanced knowledge in MS Office- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication skills- High attention to detailLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
