.**Responsibilities**:- QEHS is committed to ensure Safe and Premium Quality products, and to drive World Class Safety and Culture in our workplace.- Responsible to guarantee the quality of the elements in two factories.- Responsible for leading QEHS team at moulding area (including all shifts) and administrate effectively the resources assigned.- Report quality results of the area (global and local)- Implement and support effectively the corrective and preventive actions associated to improve performance through lean and six sigma tools leverage by multidisciplinary team.- Support and participate in Quality and EHS projects (global and local)**Requirements**:- More tan 5 years of experience on Manufacturing, EHS and Quality.- Managing personnel and resources of specific staff.- Planning and negotiation with collaborators.- Manage, develop, integrate and motivate a team.- Fluent english.Background needed:- BSIE, Mechanical BEng or similar- Master degree desirable- Black belt desirable- EHS knowledge desirable- Have passed the vision test is needed for this position.- Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan)- Minitab, Lean, Six Sigma knowledge.- ISO 9001 and desirable as internal auditorSoft skills:- Proactive and learning skills- Effective communication- Problem solving and questioning/inquisitive nature- Team work- Organization and planing- Leadership- Decision making- Sociable- Customer focus- Result orientation- Innovation- Data analysis- Self-directed- Travel 2-3 times a year (1 week each travel overseas)The LEGO Group offers premium products and also premium quality, that why this position is so important to maintain and improve the Quality level of our products by following global standards, improve them and make them happened in local site."Only the best is good enough" is our spirit that drive this position to maintain and improve quality level, for this reason we need to have the best Manager as well for our mission "Inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow".Monetary authority: This role has the authority to approve Requests to $20,000 MXN and control of the budget.Quality authority: This role has the authority to make quality exemptions on visual evaluation on products on Major defects.
