**Responsibilities**:

Analyze the technical capabilities of the area to identify the opportunities for training and development:
Internal development of program definition, documentation, organization, administration and talent assessment:
Establish, implement and monitor molding training for the areas of Molding Process, Tooling, IMM Maintenance, Metrology and Data Analytics and Controls for continuous improvement in the technical capabilities of the area:
Define and measure KPIs to ensure the success of the programs:
Use project management methodologiesto achieve times and deliverables of all training and development molding programs and initiatives:
Track technical development of the area to guarantee to have ready a next person in line for critical positions:
Partnering with SME's to define, search, and integration of external talent in needed basis:
Bridging relationship with polymer and molding technical schools for developing talent pipeline:
Lead critical projects related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Moral, Safety, and Innovation through development of talent

Professional Background
:
BSc.
in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or engineering related (Polymers desired):
2+ years in project management Importante empresa:
