Siemens Digital Industries Software (DISW) is looking for passionate individuals who have a good interest in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) to join our Global Delivery Network (GDN) team.
GDN is a multi-national and multi-cultural organization in Siemens with team members across multiple geographical locations.
The primary focus for GDN is to be an extended and high-quality global delivery organization to DISW services teams worldwide.
**What will you do?
**- Supports the design and execution of Enterprise Learning and Adoption programs for Opcenter that enable customers to minimize user adoption risks and to achieve superior adoption of the Digital Enterprise solution.- Applies Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices to address the needs of customers' user communities.- Delivering training courses in the scope of Opcenter to internal and external customers.- Actively participates in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development, and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.What are the requirements?- 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar or relevant role.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or other technical disciplines.- Background experience as a Trainer from any relevant training industries (academic training or product training) with interest and passion to involve in delivering technical courses- Background experience as MOM professional with interest and passion for teaching- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.- Ability to handhold, resolve errors, answering queries from the class.- Able to work with minimum supervision.- Opcenter solution technical knowledge or experience will be preferred.- Strong domain knowledge in MOM would be an advantage.- Good understanding of digital manufacturing IT system concepts will be an advantage.- Willing to learn new things and proven as a fast learner.LI-PLMLI-AL1DISWLI-HYBRID**Organization**: Digital Industries**Company**: Siemens Industry Software, S.A. de C.V.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Full / Part time**: Full-time
