**Position**: Monitoring Analyst**Location**: Querétaro, Mexico**Job Type**: Full-time, rotating shifts of 12 hours (2 days day shift, 2 days night shift, 2 days off)**Salary**: $11,000 - $12,000 MXN net monthlyThe Monitoring Analyst is a key position within our 24/7 monitoring team.
This role is responsible for reviewing, classifying, and managing fatigue, distraction, and field of vision (FOV) events captured in real-time through our advanced vehicle monitoring system.
Accuracy and keen attention to detail are essential, as the correct analysis of these events is critical to driver safety and the quality of our service.
**Key Responsibilities**- Monitor and classify real-time fatigue, distraction, and FOV events.- Execute emergency notifications following Fatigue Intervention Plan (FIP) protocols.- Collaborate with the support team and respond to specific client requests.- Provide technical and diagnostic reports as required.- Actively contribute to product improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.
**Requirements**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree completed.- **Experience**: Preferably experience in customer service, monitoring, or call centers.- **Languages**: Intermediate English (ability to understand and communicate basic technical information).- **Skills and Knowledge**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proven ability to analyze technical information and classify events.- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office and monitoring systems).- Attention to detail and organizational skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.- Team-oriented with a willingness to support and train colleagues as needed.
