We advance evidence in the areas of education, health, the workforce, human services, and international development to create a better, more equitable world.**Responsibilities**:The responsibilities for the position include:- Responsible for the design, quality, development and completion of all assessments, analytical reports, and evaluations, including the project's Needs Assessment- In coordination with headquarters MEL team and program teams, lead the design of the project's MEL system including facilitating theories of change, developing logic models, developing Performance Management Plans (PMPs), designing indicators, and setting targets considering ILAB preferences and requirements.- Operationalize the project's MEL system, including designing and developing data collection tools, managing an M&E workplan, assigning roles and responsibilities across the project team, adhering to proper data storage in Toladata, conducting data analysis, and leading on M&E reporting activities.- Regularly review data collection and perform data quality assessments and adjust as needed.- Facilitate learning activities including pause-and-reflect meetings, after-action reviews, and encourage the use of data produced through M&E systems for learning and adaptation.- Analyze performance and monitoring data to extrapolate relevant information and provide written and oral briefings to the project team, portfolio leadership, or ILAB to inform management and adapt interventions as requested.- Design and operationalize project learning activities ensuring alignment with the portfolio's overall Learning Agenda.- Devise project sustainability plan and affiliated indicators.- Provide raw data to ILAB for tracking purposes as requested.- Support completion of donor reports, including compiling the relevant indicator data and contributing towards narrative reporting as needed.- Work with staff to develop action plans that address donor-led evaluation report recommendations.- Other duties, as assigned.Qualifications:**Education, Knowledge, and Experience**:- Bachelor or Master's degree in statistics, demography, public policy, international development, economics, or related field.
