.OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO: Mantiene el sistema de seguridad y hace reparaciones en el sistema de seguridad como sea posible.DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES incluyen lo siguiente:Se pueden asignar otras funciones.- Opere los paneles de control de alarma contra incendios en diferentes modos para todos los edificios.- Operar el panel de incendios, cómo encender y apagar los sensores y a quién contactar en caso de emergencia.- Debe tener conocimientos en el uso del sistema de circuito cerrado y cómo programar macros en los sistemas.- Operación básica del sistema de grabación y su uso.- Solucionar problemas del sistema de seguridad y corregirlos cuando sea posible. Se pone en contacto con los diversos contratistas externos para trabajar en el sistema de seguridad. Mantiene registros de reparaciones con el Administrador del Sistema de Seguridad informado del trabajo de reparación.- Elaborar instructivo simplificado para la operación del sistema de seguridad- Controlar la programación y dirección de las reparaciones o ajustes necesarios al sistema de seguridad.- Asistir al Supervisor del Sistema de Seguridad en la instalación de nuevos equipos, mantiene al Supervisor del Sistema de Seguridad y al Gerente de Instalaciones informados del progreso- Controla y crea llaves para Oficina, casilleros, escritorios, según sea necesario.- Adherirse a todas las normas y reglamentos de seguridad y salud asociados con este puesto y según lo indique el supervisor.- Cumplir, seguir y hacer cumplir todos los procedimientos dentro de la política de seguridad de la empresa.REQUERIMIENTOS MÍNIMOSPreparatoria terminada y experiência en la gestión de seguridad y familiarización con sistema de circuito cerrado y sistemas de acceso con tarjeta.SUMMARYMaintains the security system and do repairs on the security system as able.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
