MAIN PURPOSE Marketing Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization according with HQ Guidelines (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsible of A&P Budget.
Key Responsibility 1 – Advertising Responsable of the annual briefing of the advertising campaign to the media agency according to Communication and Product launches strategies.
Provide recommendations for the media plan in order to maximize the PR efforts.
Direct interface with media, price negotiation, positions to define media plan, editorial calendar.
Key Responsibility 2 – PR Strategy Responsible of the annual PR Strategy for the Mexican and LATAM markets: local events, international events, influencers, PR, etc.
Constant analisis of sales reports in order to understand the commercial needs and provide action plans.
Key Responsibility 3 - Editorials To build strong relationship with editors and bloggers for Mexico and LATAM to promote the brand.
Constant search for new media partners.
Key Responsibility 4 - Events Elaboration of the annual PR Events strategy for the Mexican and LATAM markets Develop briefs and mood boards for each events.
Implementation of the annual PR Events strategy for the Mexican and LATAM markets with the Regional PR & Event team Responsible to keep the brand image: brand guidelines, quality.
Maximize the ROI of each events ensuring press and social media coverage.
Key Responsibility 5 – Management Management of the Regional PR team Control the consignment process of the Regional PR & Event team Responsible of the annual PR budgets: international events, gifts, influencers and local PR events.
Key Responsibility 6 – Marketing Plans LATAM Development and implementation of the marketing plans (CRM, activations, events, etc.)
Implement strategies for each Brand Launch in accordance with the VM, PR, TRADE and CRM Team.
Key Responsibility 7 – VM The Visual Merchandiser ensures that merchandising and display elements are correctly implemented and maintained in each Design concept.

JOB PROFILE Education: Bachelor degree with major in marketing and/or communication Required experience: 5 years' experience in the luxury business or a related field.
5 to 8 years' experience in communication.
Technical Skills: Entrepreneurship Team building spirit Proactivity Analytical /goal setting and achievement Word, Excel, PPT, Access Fluent in English and Spanish required.
Germany a plus.
Personal Skills: The successful candidate will have the following personal qualities: Detail oriented, with high organizational skills.
