And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**_This position is located in Escobedo N.L._****Job Summary**Within the global Production and Country strategy and guidelines, direct, plan, organize, develop & control all activities of the Production function (production and production support) in order to meet short, medium and long-term production goals, whilst complying with Quality Assurance and customer requirements, rules, laws and regulations.**Accountabilities**- Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of a single plant to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set.- Responsible for activities such as maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics, distribution, accounting,- Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.- Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control (budget process, controlling, measurement, KPI management), legal compliance, and human resource management.- Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.- Set short and medium term strategy for the plant in line with OSCO strategy including Continuous Improvement, Quality and Safety. Ensure in- and outbound materials are in line with agreed requirements.- Manages all key stakeholder relationships for site. Responsible for execution of regional and corporate projects as well as legal complicance and risk management for site
