#StrongerTogether- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Responsible for an efficient and smooth transformation phase on a regional team(s) level, with regards to testing.- In charge of the overall testing activities within the deployment projects in terms of test strategy, completeness, test readiness according to the respective project schedules.- Involved in the planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks on a regional level.- In charge of regional testing management processes to support local/site(s) testing strategy based on regional team(s) testing plans, test scope and test completion reports according to the specific project milestone plans.- Close Cooperation with the sites / local Testing Manager in the Plant Implementation Team(s).- Coordination of the dedicated regional Deployment Team(s) regarding testing management processes, tools, test case creation and comunication with the respective Plant Implementation Team(s).- Your Skills & Strengths:- English Fluency.- Deep project management knowhow.- Strong coordination and leadership skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Focus on regional testing management principles.
