Mortgage Loan Processor

**Position: Mortgage Loan Processor (US Market Focus)****Location: (Remote Work)****Salary: $1000-$1500 USD per month**Job Overview:**Duties**:- Verify borrower information, employment history, credit reports, and financial statements- Calculate debt-to-income ratios and evaluate borrower's creditworthiness- Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit complete packages to lenders- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process to obtain necessary documentation and resolve any issues or discrepancies- Ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, appraisers, and title companies to facilitate a smooth closing process- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and update loan status in the system- Assist in resolving post-closing issues or inquiries**Skills**:- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and loan origination processes- Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing- Familiarity with credit analysis and contract review- Understanding of escrow procedures and requirements- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Effective communication skills, both written and verbalPay: $16,500.00 - $24,800.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
