This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries in order to drive performance-driven results.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept developmentUnderstands ad performance and how to iterate based on data metrics and insights (KPIs)Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development processHolds quality of work to a high standard across all clients and projectsAble to actively participate and develop concepts for modular content, long form, brand activations, and 360 campaignsCollaborates with team members to build out storyboards and decks for all types of projectsContinuous focus on growth and challenging both other team members and themselvesAdoption and honing of new creative trends, emerging processes and platformsProactively communicates with project and team leadership on progress and bandwidthAbility to determine and propose inventive and non-traditional solutionsRequirements:2-3 years of motion design experience plus strong technical ability in 2D animationExpertise in crafting compelling motion work which spans a variety of platforms and consumer touchpointsStrategic thinking and application of motion and animation principles.Clear track record of delivering work which satisfies timeline and budget, while exceeding their limitations or those set by delivery format and platform.Marked ability to solve both technical and creative problems encountered during projects' lifecycle and ensure completion
