This position has control of the operation in the workshop, ensuring the management of information and reports in the Molding area, and making the appropriate decisions to ensure the correct operation in the area in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.
This position coordinates resources in the production area, acts as an informal leader of the operators ensuring their development and also guiding them, and suggests and makes Continuous Improvement changes.
**Responsibilities**
- Tracking of KPIs ´s
- Ensure the resources in the team for the fulfillment of the production plan.
- Ensure that the molding production area meets the set safety, quality, and cost.
- Participate in daily production meetings.
- Participate in PPS analysis and follow-up.
- Participate in all types of LEAN-related activities
- Support audit processes.
- Support the supervisor in 5 corrective actions and GLS Safety findings.
- Assistance to the supervisor in corrective actions of the audit process, external complaints.
- Follow the established guidelines in accordance with the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality policies.
- Participate in activities related to the topic of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality in the plant. (For example: Workouts, drills, programs, etc.)
**Do you have what it takes?**
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or similar.
- Experience: 1 year in the areas of Manufacturing, Plastics and/or Injection Processes.
- Skills: Coordination and management of personnel, mastery of production processes, proactive interpersonal relationships, tools to solve problems in a practical way, verbal and written communication, analytical, leadership.
- Knowledge: Office, SAP, Power BI (basic), English.
