We are looking to build a truly great company and are JUST GETTING STARTED.The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we'd love for you to be a part of it, as our Porch Moving Group | MSP Recruiter IWHAT YOU WILL DO:As a Moving Service Provider ("MSP") Recruiter, you will actively seek quality moving companies in areas that have been identified as needing additional MSP coverage. You will identify and research potential movers, make cold calls to sell our B2B partnership, and explain the benefits of partnering with Porch Moving Group ("PMG"). As an MSP Recruiter, you will process new MSP applications, track, and maintain MSP recruiting data.The MSP Recruiter must demonstrate superior sales skills and appropriate negotiation tactics, as well as be able to analyze complex situations and make decisions that are mutually beneficial for PMG and MSPs. Other requirements include being capable of multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks depending on workflow and need. They must be able to work independently and within a team environment. In all aspects of the team members performance and job responsibilities, the MSP Recruiter is expected to work within and support the company's Mission, Vision and Values as well as act as a role model within the team and organization.WHAT YOU DO:Qualify potential MSPs, ensuring that all vetting guidelines and requirements are met for the respective onboarding platform.Sales of services and products to potential MSPs, including both warm leads and cold calling.New MSP Onboarding and input of MSPs' information into all software used, accurately and efficiently.Answer incoming calls from new MSPs and respond to requests accordingly.Following proper guidelines with breaks, lunches, and clocking in/out.Maintaining key Phone KPI Metrics (ACW, Hold Times, Project Other, etc.).Be responsive in Slack Chat in all rooms assigned to the MSP Recruitment Team.Work with all departments of Porch Moving Group.Represent Porch's Moving Division in a positive manner and maintain a positive attitude
