Join us in developing state of the art safety solutions for hybrid and electric vehicles in a fast-paced marketplace.Key Responsibilities:Support the engineering team through the application of ISO 26262 at all levels (system, sub-system, component) for Hardware and Software.Act as the main manufacturing interface for functional safety reviews and discussions – Provide evidence to support the safety case, as well as other required work products with high emphasis those related to ISO 26262 2018 part 7 Production, operation, service and decommissioning.Support the development of the Technical Safety Concept based on identified Product Safety Requirements and Functional Safety Concept – specification of requirements.Contribute to the traceability of safety requirements and design throughout the product lifecycle.Perform Functional Safety Analysis not limited to FMEDA and FTA.Contribute to the safety architecture definition including ASIL decomposition, freedom from interference, dependent failures, required redundancies, and shutoff paths.Coach manufacturing teams to understand functional safety concepts and implement these concepts in their specific domains.Provide required engineering input for the Safety Plan, Safety Concept and Safety Case to the functional safety manager (FSM).Ensure the proper completion of verification reviews of safety work products.Significantly contribute to the appropriate safety analysis to ensure all product development safety activities are performed, using industry best practices and the ISO process.Support the creation of the system safety test specification by supporting validation and manufacturing engineers in defining safety test cases using the safety requirements and safety measures.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Physics required
