**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Data Analysis and Trend Identification: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Excel Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex formulas, analyze data sets, and generate reports that support data-driven decision-making.
- PowerBI Utilization: Proficiency in PowerBI to create insightful visualizations and dashboards that aid in the communication of key performance indicators and continuous improvement progress.
- Process Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, making data-driven recommendations for change.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage data sets relevant to the Mejora Continua department, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
**Your Skills & Strengths**:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in a relevant engineering or data analysis role.
- Proven experience in utilizing Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
- Familiarity with data management best practices.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
- Project management skills and the ability to lead and drive improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
