Your Role & Responsibilities :Lead Continuous Improvement (MPS-Specialist) Projects ensuring application of MPS (lean) Methods and Standards to improve sustainable systems and value streams within the plant.Assist in the education, coaching and mentoring of all employees in lean (MPS) methodology and leading lean manufacturing initiatives and programs throughout the plant such as work flow improvement by Value Stream Mapping, 5S, work station efficiency, etc.Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine current and future states of manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.Identification of suitable areas for further Specialist Projects, including estimating potential savings.Conduct project management in collaboration with MPS responsible in plant and guide project participants (external and internal)Plan, lead, execute and hand-over of MPS- Specialist ProjectsTransfer the lean mentality and culture within the plant.Your Skills & Strenghts :Bachelor's degree (B. in Business Management, or Engineering field, from a four-year college or university with 5 yrs minimum professional experience, or foreman or certified technician with 8 yrs professional experience.Certified MPS Specialist.Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.#J-18808-Ljbffr
