Our customers choose Niagara® bottled water products based on high quality, affordable prices and exceptional service.**Description**The MRO Buyer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and investigating potential new suppliers as well as current suppliers for the division. The MRO buyer will assist/work with various departments within the division to ensure all Maintenance and Facility requirements are met. The MRO Buyer manages the process of sourcing suppliers, MRO Items, services, and all other non-production items from suppliers based upon best overall value.**Role Responsibilities and Scope**- _All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline_- Supports the operations, bringing value through the suppliers (cost, on time delivery, quality) and contributing to the plant performance through the supplied products and services.- Identifies the market opportunities to satisfy the plants needs- Assures suppliers deliver materials and services in accordance with standards of price, time, quantity and quality agreed upon.- Responsible for ensuring records are maintained and procurements are documented from origination through completion.- Liaise with key company employees to determine their product and service needs.- Nurtures relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company.- Identify and researches potential new suppliers.- Research new products and services to meet company's goals.- Resolving supplier problems related to quality, performance, and service level.**Requirements and qualifications**- Bachelor´s degree in International Relations, Commerce, Management or Engineering (preferred).- Experience of at least 3 years in a similar role maintaining relationships with suppliers and managing the inventory for materials or parts required by the plant (must).- Experience within a manufacturing company (preferred).- Knowledge in Air and sea carriers is desirable.- Solid knowledge of Mexican and American Customs laws.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong grasp of Microsoft Excel.- Advanced English level (must).- Based in Monterrey but with availability to travel (30%).- Open schedule and availability.**Competencies**- Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with immediate team and peers.- Negotiation.- Analytical and problem solving skills.- Excellent documentation, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.- Strong sense of urgency
