JOB SUMMARY The MSS Reporting Associate is instrumental in creating and managing detailed reports on security incidents and monthly reports to support cybersecurity operations. This role is critical in providing insights for decision-making and enhancing security posture, while also supporting the Radian Generation Compliance & Risk and Operational Technology teams in integrating new projects and maintaining regulatory compliance. Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive reports on security incidents, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.Generate timely monthly reports summarizing security incidents and operational status for strategic reviews and planning.Support the onboarding of new projects by developing and implementing processes that meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, coordinating onboarding activities and addressing concerns.Monitor project progress, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Assist in preparing and submitting documentation required for project approvals and regulatory compliance.Conduct assessments to identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.Facilitate regular client meetings, manage agendas, and maintain effective communication with all parties involved. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information management, or relevant 3-5 years of experience.Expertise in photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.Proven track record in project management within operational technology or a related industry.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Adobe PDF toolsets.Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills, both internally and externally.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team and liaise with clients on complex matters professionally.Big picture thinking that aligns team efforts with organizational goals
