Kiewit Mexico offers construction management and engineering services in a variety of markets, including energy, oil, gas, chemicals, terminals, marine works, and mining Kiewit Mexico is seeking an MTO/QTO Engineer - Project Controls to join their team in the construction industry.
As an MTO/QTO Engineer, you will provide support to the project team by ensuring accurate and timely reporting of quantities and costs, preparing estimates, and updating project schedules.

Responsibilities Determine and track quantities, materials, and costs associated with projects.
Communicate any changes or discrepancies in project data to the project team.
Prepare and maintain project schedules by scheduling activities and assigning resources.
Ensure project deliverables are on schedule, within scope and within budget.
Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders including project managers, engineers, and clients.
Work with accounting and procurement teams to ensure accurate tracking of project data.
Generate project reports, including job costing and quantity reconciliation.
Requirements Technical or preferably Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in project controls, estimating, or related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of construction practices and techniques.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, preferred.
