**Experience Required**
- Education :Industrial/ Systems/ Mechanical Engineering, International Commerce or other 4-year business degree
- 5-8 years of Procurement-related related experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3-5 years of automotive industry experience
- 3-5 years of Project/ Program Management experience preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in launching IT-related projects preferred
- Advance English

**Position Responsibility**
- **Develop/ Standardize Lean Business Processes**

Initiate and deploy best practice standardized processes, tools, procedures and reports throughout Metalsa Procurement operations in the region.
Provide clear exception and escalation paths as required to accommodate distinct circumstances specific to a plant and to retain the agility to quickly address unusual or extraordinary business situations.
- **Information Management Automation**

Facilitate efficient world-class regional Procurement strategy and operations execution by driving the development of accurate and timely data analysis and management reports through automated information systems.
Act as liasion between Information Technology and the user community to interpret and prioritize information needs.
- **Internal Control/ Internal Audit**

Help implement a standardized global internal control / internal audit process to ensure adherence to the established Procurement policies and procedures
- **Metalsa Procurement Process SME**

Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource regarding Metalsa's Procurement-related processes.
Prepare training materials and cascade training to Procurement and the user community.
- **Performance Management/ KPIs**

Formulate and provide critical business decision-making and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) information in accordance with Metalsa leadership's needs.
- **Records and Confidentiality**

Document activity and retain historical files that are organized, accurate and accessible to designated Metalsa staff as needed, while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality within Metalsa and with the supply base

**Technical Skills**
- Project and process management
- Negotiation
- Financial analysis
- Knowledge of automotive industry
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics
- ERP system expertise
- Familiarity with import/ export processes
- Microsoft Office expert
