**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The Multimedia Content Art is responsible for developing design and creative proposals as well as supporting the creative versioning of existing assets for Pepsico Beverages portfolio of brands to meet customer/consumer needs. Our Multimedia Content Art role is a specialist with a specific skillset centered around art direction, motion graphics and web design. A successful art must have a proficient level of understanding and functional capability in software designed for creation of graphics and designs from scratch, ability to edit and manipulate creative, develop and produce web sites and will be responsible for the development and creation of production ready graphics. You will also participate in brainstorming and creative brand strategy sessions including ideation of consumer programs, long term campaigns, content/web creation and development.

**Your Impact**

As a **Multimedia Content Art, North America** your responsibilities would consist:

- Work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated for different touchpoints like Packaging, POS materials and digital banner ads.
- Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics and adapt to different POS materials when needed.
- Generate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels, social media and marketing initiatives.
- Adaptation of existing Key Visuals for: Digital Toolkits, Social Media Posts, Sizzle Videos, Digital Ads (animated and statics) among others.
- Ability to build graphic, animated and print designs and concepts when needed.
- Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, from a graphic design standpoint.
- Be a brand guardian, following brand guidelines closely.
- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- Detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, interactive design, etc.)

**Experience**
- 3-4 years of agency creative experience in creative, art / graphic design
- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments
- Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role (FLUENT ENGLISH is required).
- Experience in CPG a plus
- Understanding of design/creative process and best practices. Comprehensive knowledge of design trends.
- Proficiency in all applicable software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign)
- Motion graphic skills are a must for this role.
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must
