Job Title: Multimedia Designer (Freelancer) Location: Remote (PST Timezone) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM to 05:30 PM PST Position Type: Freelancer, paid hourly at USD per hour.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers to execute design concepts for real estate-focused projects Create captivating videos and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate) and other design software Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity Remain flexible when accommodating client feedback on design deliverables Effectively communicate design decisions for deliverables if requested (for clients to understand the design choices presented) Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices Qualifications: 3+ years as a multimedia designer or in a similar role in an agency or in-house setting Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of rich media projects.
Solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation such as staging, timing, ease in, ease out, and anticipation Ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives through animated storytelling and visual communication skills Proficiency in video editing and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate), and Google Web Designer Knowledge of current multimedia trends, including but not limited to motion graphics and video editing Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
