Job Title: Murex Support Reporting SpecialistLocation: Mexico, Queretaro hybrid or open to move to QueretaroCompany: Santander Technology & OperationsRole Overview: Santander Technology & Operations is seeking a Murex Support Reporting Specialist with strong expertise in Murex systems and Datamart configuration. This role involves collaboration with development teams to support and optimize processes, resolve technical issues, and improve reporting functions in Murex.Key Responsibilities:Actively support clients and development teams to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.Provide comprehensive support to teams with a focus on collaboration and strategic problem-solving.Coordinate with various teams to monitor and manage the progress of development and testing.Proactively identify and address risks and impediments, seeking resources as needed to resolve issues.Facilitate continuous improvement in team processes, encouraging effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Promote cooperation and transparency between teams and stakeholders.Technical Responsibilities:Configure new processes within the Datamart module, including feeder batch setups, processing scripts, and table configuration.Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures within the Exadata Database.Utilize SQL to query and retrieve information from Murex and Datamart tables.Develop, test, and manage shell scripts (KornShell, Bash) for Unix environments.Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting for extraction processes.Collaborate on multidisciplinary projects with international teams.Contribute to reporting needs by understanding financial product metrics like P&L and sensitivity analysis.Required Skills and Experience:Murex Platform: Proficiency in Murex version 3.1, with a solid understanding of the platform's architecture, including primary and secondary services, middleware, business, client, and database layers.Datamart Module Configuration: Experience with configuring Datamart, including table setup and PL/SQL procedures.Programming & Scripting: Strong skills in Unix Shell scripting (KornShell, Bash), SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and Java.DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence, and Pipeline processes.Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS.Monitoring and Automation Tools: Knowledge of ServiceNow, DEVO, Dynatrace, and ControlM for process planning and automation.Financial Products: General understanding of financial products and reporting (P&L, sensitivities).Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficient in Murex DataMart and database management.Fluent in both Spanish and English.This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, multidisciplinary projects and requires a candidate who is proactive, collaborative, and highly skilled in Murex support and configuration.Type of Position: Full-timeSalary: Starting at $60,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
