SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage content programming resources in TikTok and maintain programming records to ensure timely exposure and results are delivered for SoundOn releases
- Use data tools to find potential high-performing releases within the SoundOn catalogue for early promotion and signing
- Ideate, plan, and execute music marketing campaigns with the other team members to create TikTok Viral and DSP charting tracks
- Work with the artist partnership team, and develop campaign and artist reports to demonstrate promotion results to clients periodically to reinforce artist relationships and improve client retention.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Knowledge of the latest social media and music trends in Spanish Speaking Latin America, and being able to incorporate them into marketing actions
- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel
- Excellent project management and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience at music labels, distributors, or digital service providers
- Majors in Music Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Experience in SQL and statistics
- Experience in influencer marketing, music programming, marketing, or management
