**Descripción de puesto**:The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator is responsible for all employee master data transactional review, approval and audits for the U.S. including manual entry of employee changes as required.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Responsible for review, approval and accuracy of employee master data submitted through Success Factors; review changes in employee status such as new hires, terminations, transfers, status changes, etc. approve or reject back to submitting party for corrections.- Mass uploads and subsequent audits of employee changes on a regular basis as requested, including but not limited to rate changes, supervisors, etc.- Manual processing of changes to employee record such as address, direct deposits, etc. as requested by employees and/or field HR.- Immediate Pay-on-demand and PTO payout requests to payroll for terminated employees as required by law which varies by state.- Partner with Payroll processing team to ensure timely execution of payroll and off-cycle requests.**Retos del puesto**:- Track all inquiries/errors in the system and periodically audit to identify trends; report findings to manager with recommendations for improvement.- Support the defined Payroll Services procedures and processing methods to efficiently and accurately meet production deadlines and performance goals.- Effectively communicate with managers and HR on challenges, deadlines, etc. to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee records which impacts payroll.- Support HRIS data integrity by auditing and analyzing current data flows, as well as making suggestions for process improvement.**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:- Escolaridad:- Associate degree in accounting, finance or business administration desiredExperiência requerida:- Knowledge of SAP Human Resources Information and Payroll Systems preferred- Conocimiento requerido:- General understanding of Human Resources Information and SAP HR systems preferred- Competencias críticas:- Able to prioritize task, work as a team member as well as individually- Analytical approach to problem solving- Excellent attention to details**Relaciones**:- Internas:- Local HR in CEMEX USA- SuccessFactors Global Admins- IT AdminExternas:- SuccessFactors advisors**Diversidad e Inclusión en CEMEX**:En CEMEX, reconocemos la diversidad del mundo en el que vivimos y en el que hacemos negocios.
