Constantly monitor and analyze information sources to identify potential costs and processes efficiencies assuring its implementation in a proactive manner.Responsibilities:To elaborate, analyze and release actual operative figures in order to guarantee the accuracy and opportunity of the information for Materials and Aggregates sector management. (CAPEX, SG&A, Headcount, Working Capital and Operative Cash Flow)Support the correct performance of activities related to costing and operative processes in the different locations provided by the external contractor for outsourcing services.Guarantee fulfillment, functionality and compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley / PACS regulations, as well as ensure internal procedures performed by the external contractor for outsourcing services intended to fulfill Internal and external audits and supporting to internal clients (Operations) in its accomplishment.Follow up to main operative KPIs, thru analysis and develop of tools and reports related and focused to operations to find improvements, savings and identified potential risks in processes.Guarantee Service Level Agreement; ensure an efficient coordination with external contractor for outsourcing services following the established internal processes for its results measurement.Be the first and main contact point with the operations.Qualifications:Bachelor in Business Administration, Accountancy, FinanceExperience:3 – 4 years in financial and cost accounting.1 year building knowledge on the Institutional CEMEX model (Platforms, Policies, Guidelines and Structure).1 year in the Construction industry.Required knowledge:Microsoft Office – AdvancedERP (SAP) knowledgeLotus NotesAdvanced English (written and spoken).Internal Contacts:BA LocalBSO DirectorDirectors & ManagersInternal Control and Process AssessmentExternal Contacts:External contractor for outsourcing servicesIn CEMEX, we know that the world and business is filled with diverse people.
