With our incredible global team and continuous innovation in exciting new technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and IoT, a career at Benchmark Gensuite means you will continuously use and evolve your skills to develop fresh ideas and initiatives.Responsibilities:Engage with potential and existing clients through effective communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Create consistent pipeline demand through qualified leads generated by the marketing team, professional networks, and own prospecting activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.Work with leadership teams to develop and implement regional Demand Generation strategies.Assist with drafting sales tools, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Create proposal requests for potential clients.Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.Drive customer satisfaction and growth among a portfolio of existing customers.Continually grow existing customer relationships by identifying new business or growth opportunities to drive deeper engagement.Design, plan, and coordinate program activities to help drive program success and participation.Manage multiple priorities and activities for clients while effectively collaborating with delivery teams to ensure a positive customer experience.Collaborate with the customer and Benchmark's team members to support projects, pilots, renewals, and expansion opportunities.Effectively develop an understanding of Benchmark's SaaS offerings to inform the growth process and product roadmap.Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate customer meeting requirements.Education:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.Qualifications & Experience:2+ years of experience in business development, customer engagement, or similar roles, preferably in the software/technology industry.Proficient Portuguese and English skills (oral and written)
