We call our human resources group the Talent Team, and this reflects how important our people are to the success of the EY organization.**Your key responsibilities**The Senior IT Recruiter will spend most of their time independently driving the delivery of recruitment for a specific business area or sub service area. You will be in contact with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers, who will look to you for best practices, market knowledge and the ability to source exceptional talent. Furthermore, you will act as an ambassador, embodying the EY culture and business.**Skills and attributes for success**Deliver appropriate Information technology recruitment, based on an understanding of recruitment methods, market and concepts.Develop and execute on appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to diversity initiatives and creative sourcing techniques.Develop an understanding of the business, the external market and trends that impact our practiceDemonstrate knowledge regarding the firm's recruitment tools, processes and embrace the branding strategy in the recruitment lifecycle.Collaborate with the practice and LATAM People Team by using sound business judgment and outstanding communication skills to assist in the ultimate hiring decision.**To qualify for the role you must have**Experience recruiting for IT Consulting, IT Risk and SW professionals preferred.Ability to quickly pick up full account management of key recruitment areas.A university degree and related business experience are essential.
