We are looking for an IT Business Engineer to join our Information Technology team. Based in Tetla/Tlaxcala - México, the candidate will be responsible for designing appropriate IT/Digital solutions to meet business needs. Works closely with development/implementation teams to optimize solutions delivery, ideally in a waterfall mode and in agile when appropriate. Responsible for operational support, maintenance, and development activities for one of several applications. Proven experience as SAP FICO Specialist.
Job Responsibilities Responsibility and Main Duties Responsible for the level of IT coverage of business processes exploiting the best of the current solutions for all the country (SAP will be extended to other Mexican plants)SAP is the main tool, but the Business Analyst will be responsible to identify other complementary IT solutions and support its implementation and maintenance.Responsible for the analysis and the specification of the changes needed (new business or technological requirements) and guarantee the expected results.Interacts with his peers at local and regional level to propose solutions and promote best practices adoption.Responsible for the software life cycle management (request, specification, development, test, go-live and maintenance) for all solutions under his responsibility.May act as Project Manager for small to medium size projects. Main Interactions Provide first and second level support for end-users, key-users, process owners and business leaders.Work as an advisor and tutor for users stimulating business process improvements.Work in local or multi-country project teams interacting with other colleagues, consultants and vendors to perform project tasks.Interacts with IT Operations and Infrastructure (at local, regional and corporate level) to guarantee availability of the systems and compliance with company standards.
