Job DescriptionGeneral description:Collaborate with the supervisor to meet the daily needs in the print room, contributing to the optimal functioning in the operative and administrative processes of the area.Main responsibilities:DHR's Preparation and assemblyPrinting inserts and labelsInsert and labels fill to printersEnsure compliance with good manufacturing practicesAssist the supervisor and/or manager in the needs that are requiredCover the different workstations in case of absencesAssist in the time of requesting raw materialKeep control/record of machine downtimeAssist in the training of new processes, maintenance, and cleaning of the areaAssist the supervisor in disciplinary actions as necessaryAssist in communicating and enforcing the rules and procedures of the printing room MexicaliHelp the floor supervisor in balancing the workload in the different workstationsCommunicate any damage that affects the performance of the printing room, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor or production control.Required competencies:Print room experience (1 year), English 50%.Software skills:Office Windows: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., ETQ Reliance, AS400, and SAP.Soft skills:Communication, teamwork, proactive, results-oriented, sense of urgency, responsible.#J-18808-Ljbffr
