ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO Oversee operations at Wallenius Wilhelmsen's Vehicle Processing CenterLead continuous process improvementsAchieve a safe and cost-efficient work environmentMeet performance targetsQualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED 3-5 years first line supervisory and employee relations experienceSOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory managementAssembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applicationsMicrosoft Office computer skills, and database navigational skillsA 4-year degree is preferred or high school diploma with equivalent experienceA valid driver's license and ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
