**Descripción de puesto**:Promote the digital transformation through the use and adoption of advanced analytics & digital strategies as well new technologies to support the execution of initiatives and projects execution follow up.**Principales responsabilidades**:- Coordinate the consolidation of data sources across the organization ensuring calculations alignment with Central- Ensure the adoption and penetration of digital databases across the organization by coordinating with project managers and providing training sessions to key stakeholders- Support with critical data for strategic business cases preparation for planning and operations- Generate data bases for USA cement operations- Connect to different databases (Oracle, SQL, PI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Dataflows)- Maintenance of Databases- Generate KPI's for decision making- Generate Dashboards to detect improvements areas- Generate proposals to improve efficiency, increase reliability, and reduction of costs.- Data analytics to generate insights to give value to the company.- Generate prediction models that allows decision making.- Generate digital proposals to maximize the user experience- Support to implement and follow-up of new initiative and digital tools**Retos del puesto**:- Lateral leadership to navigate across different levels of the organization- Prepare presentations to senior managment for decision making- Data Management- Time and project management (Manage workload peaks, timely delivery)- Adapting to new systems- Data Analytics- Creation of prediction algorithms**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:Academic:Bachelor's Degree in systems or Information Technology area**Experience**:- 2+ Data analytics- 2+ Dashboards- 2+ Online Databases- Preferred previous experience in Cement IndustryRequired knowledge:- English: Advanced- Teamwork**Relaciones**:Internal:- Top management, Directors, Manager, Advisor, Analyst, Process and platforms, Process & IT, Centra & Process & ITExternal:Suppliers, other companies.**Diversidad e Inclusión en CEMEX**:In CEMEX, we know that the world and business is filled with diverse people.
