**Descripción de puesto**:In support of CEMEX USA Talent Acquisition Team this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of Commercial Driver positions.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for contributing to achievement of Commercial Driver hiring goals with an emphasis on filling positions on a timely basis with quality hires.
**Principales responsabilidades**:**Full Cycle Recruiting of Commercial Driver Positions**:- Ensure we are hiring the best talent for all Commercial Driver vacant positions on a timely basis to meet our organizations current and future business needs.- Leads job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer and pre-employment screening process to ensure a strong cultural and fit.- Responsible for all recruiting related communication, ensuring messages reach targeted audiences, key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner) are well informed.- Proactively engage with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish a common understanding of talent acquisition processes and service level standards- Partner with Human Resources Business partner on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and market trends within the industry- Proactively engage hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews- Meet demands of the business within appropriate time-to-fill metrics**Employment Brand Ambassador**:- Responsible for development of applicant talent pool and sourcing strategies, including job board posting, diversity job boards, social media, and other tools, to sustain current and future needs, enhance CEMEX USA reputation and attract high quality talent.
**Retos del puesto**:**Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos**:Academic:- Bachelor's degree preferred**Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisitionRequired knowledge:- Bi-lingual/Bi-Cultural (English/Spanish) required- Success Factors (ATS) experience highly preferred.
