Our brand in Mexico is CAMESA, and the Company is ACEROS CAMESA.****IF YOU LOVE AND ACHIEVE CHALLENGES, ARE BILINGUAL (Spanish-English), WANT TO MAKE A LONG CARRER IN A GLOBAL COMPANY AND FILL THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS, THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU.****Job Description**:Job title**:Talent Acquisition & Training Specialist**Organization: WireCo World GroupLocation**:Cuautitlan, State of Mexico**Reports to: Talent Acquisition & Training LeadSupervisory responsibility: NoneInternal contacts: All departments**TALENT ACQUISITION**- Prepare and update job descriptions.- Searching process.- Coordinate interview with Managers.- Ask, follow and review hiring documents.- Coordinate medical checkup.- Get labor references.- Ask, review, conclude and coordinate Job Onboarding Plan for each new hiring.- Get all evidences and documentation to demonstrate competences compliance.- Meet every internal or external audit to solve any topic or request for recruitment.- Attend audits and visits as needed and provide the required information.- Be aware of issues related to Mexican labor recruitment regulations.**TRAINING**- Establish schedules for training through coordination with operating groups, participants, facilities and other stakeholders.- Manage the team providing new-hire training and current employee annual mandatory compliance training which occurs at specific hiring and working locations and ensures that delivered content meets all labor requirements.- Coordinate with the STPS to provide training records when requested across our Organization.- Responsible for 100% compliance documentation of delivered training content in either a classroom, on-line, or any other.- Provide regular reports of training delivery and effectiveness to different departments as required.- Oversee the requirement to have each employee issued the required DC3 from for Labor Law and the annual presentation to the STPS the DC4 requirements.- Submission of the DC2 form to the STPS on an annual basis.- Get all evidences and documentation to demonstrate competences compliance.- Meet every internal or external audit to solve any topic or request for training.- Attend audits and visits as needed and provide the required information.- Prepare and update the paperwork related to training as handbooks, competences matrix, etc.- Be aware of issues related to Mexican labor training regulations.Qualifications**Required Education**:Psychologist, Business Administrator, or related (Degree Completed).A master degree in business or HR (desirable)
