(Mx) Trainee

**Overview**:
Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking for a Trainee.
**Activities**:
Support to the treasury in the preparation of policies for transactions made between banks
Preparation of payroll and tax payment registration policies
Preparation of income policy related to bank movements and replenishment of food voucher cards
Support in the process of payment of utility car holdings and submission of insurance policies for the same

Printing of formats for which accountants require the signature of the corporate, collects signatures and makes shipments
Sending a report of cashed checks to payroll
Support in the matching process in U4
Support in the submission of documentation required by accountants for procedures with authorities, suppliers, etc.

Living in Querétaro (Near the Antea shopping center, preferred)
Be studying in the last semesters of the degree (Accounting, Finance, etc.,)
Have facultative insurance
Have schedule availability in the morning
Immediate availability
Office Package Management
