Be a part of something truly special! Join the dream team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as My Bar Attendant. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.
Be You Set up, restock and collection of My Bar in the rooms, following FS standards, providing unique and memorable experiences to our clients by identifying their preferences and acting proactively in the restock of products. You will contribute to teamwork, having effective communication with your colleagues.
Requirements: Minimum experience of 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.Golf cart driving.Inventory management.Knowledge of high service standards.Knowledge of F&B products.Well ability to communicate with others.Proficiency in the English language is essential.Proactive with good presentation skills.Able to work effectively under pressure and with a high volume of business.Able to multitask and prioritize workload and projects simultaneously and efficiently.Schedule availability.Master Your Craft Comply with the standards of attending your work shift on time. Complete assigned daily tasks. Promote teamwork. You will attend and absorb the training done by FS. Comply with annual training sent by learning. Have knowledge of internal safety protocols in emergency situations. Know and execute the safety and hygiene guidelines within the service and work shift, motivating others to do so as well. Ensure the correct setup of the Mini Bars in the rooms follows the FS standards. Make effective and early product rotation according to expiration dates. Clean and organize the golf cart assigned for MB refill. Anticipate the needs of our guests and colleagues. Give recognition to our guests and clients.
